The Florence Book-Swap Meetup

Meet other local book lovers to trade/exchange books of any genre. I like to read and share what I've read with others. New to the area and would like to meet up with others who share the same interest. Would like to be able to get together say monthly someplace and pick a book to read, share how others found the reading and even make some jokes, laugh, and make some friends! In the past I've been involved with small groups of people who would meet talk about the book over a snack, maybe go see a movie about the book read, and found all the people to be wonderful.

The food is good here and so are the drinks. Please plan on paying for anything you may want to eat or drink when we meet. Would like to also pick a different place each time we meet so to give everyone a chance to be in their comfort zone. Until the group feels a comfort level with each other prefer to keep the locations public and not at somebody's home. Read more
