Another Country, by James Baldwin; Unnameable, Samuel Beckett; German essays on psychology; Arithmetics of Distance by Audre Lorde... etc.

What is your favorite book? (or books?)

Probably Molloy by Samuel Beckett. Close second is James Baldwin's Another Country, which I'm re-reading (hardly ever do that), The Fortress of Solitude by Jonathan Lethem, Another Bullshit Night in Suck City by Nick Flynn...
